Grace, also known as "The Cat Lady" is the wife of Harry, and neighbor of the Brenner Family. She seemed to be psychic, but no one believed her presumably. She told Quinn about "The Man in the Vents" and how Quinn would see him, and she did.
She died later and her husband was devastated, but Elise heard her say something about a book when Quinn was about to be completely acquired by the Man Who Can't Breathe.
She was portrayed by Phyllis Applegate.
